PRIVACY AND YOUR QUOTE REQUEST

What is collected

When you submit the quote form, the site collects the contact details you enter (name, company, phone, email, city, state and ZIP), the material details you describe, and the photographs you attach. The page you submitted from is recorded so the request can be understood in context.

Why it is collected

The information is used for one purpose: reviewing your surplus wire and cable and responding to your request. That includes asking follow-up questions, preparing an offer, and arranging pickup or shipping if an offer is agreed.

How photographs are handled

Photos are stored with the request so the material can be discussed after the fact. They are not published on this website, and they are not used in marketing. Images are reduced in size before they are stored and emailed, which also removes most embedded camera metadata as a side effect.

Who sees it

Requests are read by the people handling surplus wire purchases for Electrical Wire Buyers Denver. The details are not sold, rented or shared for advertising. Email delivery necessarily passes through the email provider used to send the notification.

How long it is kept

Requests are kept while they are active and for a reasonable period afterwards so an earlier offer or conversation can be found again. To ask for a request to be deleted, email saleselectricalbuyers@gmail.com with the reference number from the confirmation page.

No tracking scripts

This site does not load analytics, advertising pixels, chat widgets or any other third-party script. Fonts, styles and images are served from this domain. There is no cookie set by the site itself.
